VOP CZ will be presenting its own exhibit at NATO Days, offering a glimpse into the world of modern military technologies and a behind-the-scenes look at their production. As is tradition, the booth will also feature a career zone where interested visitors can learn more about job opportunities and projects the company is carrying out for the Czech Army and foreign partners.
One of the main attractions of the exhibit will be the Leopard 2A4 tank, which VOP CZ maintains for the Czech Army in cooperation with the German company Rheinmetall. Next to it, visitors will also be able to view the armored cab of the IVECO GTF3 vehicle, which the company manufactures for the German firm KNDS.
However, the event will not be limited to static exhibits. The Bushmaster vehicle will also be featured in dynamic demonstrations; VOP CZ has a partnership agreement with its manufacturer, Thales, to produce vehicles for Central and Eastern Europe directly at the plant in Šenov near Nový Jičín. The Bushmaster will make its debut in dynamic demonstrations at NATO Days this year. The Bushmaster platform is currently used by nine armies around the world, including NATO member states. The vehicle has been successfully deployed in operations in Afghanistan, Iraq, Mali, and Ukraine.
The real highlight of this year’s exhibition will be the TAROS MEDIC robotic system, which will be unveiled to the general public for the very first time. The system is designed for the safe transport and evacuation of the wounded from dangerous areas and was developed based on experience and insights gained from current conflicts and modern battlefields. TAROS MEDIC is based on the 4th-generation TAROS platform and expands the family of unmanned systems developed by the company. Its primary mission is to minimize the risk to soldiers and medical personnel when evacuating the wounded in combat conditions.
Visitors to the VOP CZ exhibit will also find a chill zone featuring a live broadcast of the NATO Days program, where they can take a brief break from the hustle and bustle of the event without missing any of the main highlights. Children will also have plenty to enjoy, with face painting and a unique photo booth available for them. You’ll find the VOP CZ booth in front of the entrance to the VIP zone.
